These terms govern your use of the Birdsy app provided by Lokartno ApS. By using the app you agree to them.

01License
Lokartno ApS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Birdsy for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.
02Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute or sell the app, and you may not use it commercially without written permission from Lokartno ApS.
03Intellectual property
The Birdsy name, logo, design and content are owned by Lokartno ApS. Sightings you record belong to you.
04No warranty
Birdsy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that species information is accurate.
05Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lokartno ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, that arise from your use of the app.
06Termination
This license remains in effect until it is terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these terms, and you must then stop using and delete the app.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lokartno ApS is registered.
